Policies


Registration:

  • A $140 + HST non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to hold your child’s spot. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the first lesson.

  • If you have not made full payment before the second lesson, Super Swims has the right to cancel your registration and loss of deposit will occur.

  • Super Swims accepts payment through Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, E-Transfer, or Cash. 

  • For new families, the first lesson is considered a trial at the discretion of Super Swims.

  • Super Swims reserves the right to terminate a child’s lessons at any time at its sole discretion, in which case a refund will be provided for the remaining sessions.

 

Cancellation:

  • There are no refunds. Only credits will be issued to remain on file. 

  • If you decide to terminate lessons for any reason, there will be loss of deposit and the cost of lessons up to the date of cancellation will remain as a credit note, valid for one year.  

  • If you decide to change your time slot or day, any discrepancy between number of classes or monetary value will be kept as a credit note on file. Alternatively, if the switch to a different day results in an increased number of classes remaining, the difference would be charged.

  • If Super Swims needs to cancel lessons due to mechanical difficulties, pool foulings, and inclement weather, a makeup day or credit on file will be provided at the discretion of Super Swims.

 

General:

  • Any child five years of age and younger (until their 6th birthday) or any child not fully toilet trained must wear a swim nappy (this is not a disposable swim diaper - no snaps or velcro is allowed). There are no exceptions and you may purchase a swim nappy for $20 including HST.

  • You agree not to attend Super Swims if you have experienced any of the following: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, muscle aches, extreme tiredness, pink eye, or anything contagious.

  • Photography is not permitted in the pool area unless permission is given by the supervisor.

  • Indoor shoes must be worn. 

  • There is no food permitted in the facility.

  • There are no guaranteed makeup classes for absences and no instructor guarantees. 

  • In order to be offered a makeup class, you must provide written notice of your absence a minimum of 6 hours in advance. If you “no show” to your class, there will be no opportunity for a makeup class. There are no exceptions.
